Within this position, the candidate will:

• Coordinate with coworkers to complete a range of projects
• Contribute to multimedia marketing campaigns
• Exercise creative direction and innovation as a project lead
• Design print materials and website mockups at the highest standard
• Implement static designs into live web pages using a variety of methods
• Contribute to in-house documentation, promotional materials, and social media efforts
• Contribute ideas on how to make Up & Running even better so we may continue to offer the best possible
• service to our existing and future clientele
• Potentially collaborate directly with clients on media projects

We are seeking a well-rounded web and graphic designer to join and contribute to our creative team. Together we create logos, branding, print ads, billboards, websites, and a variety of other projects for a range of clients.This position offers creative flexibility in an exciting and constantly evolving environment.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Proficient in creating world-class illustrations and graphic designs using the Adobe Suite
• Knowledgeable of basic web design practices and standards with an ability to troubleshoot
• Well versed in CSS & HTML
• Comfortable with self-direction and basic project management
• Familiar with Content Management Systems including WordPress
• Social Media Marketing Experience a plus
• Enthusiastic about the business culture and the general community of Bismarck/Mandan
